SERVING SUGGESTION:
An extremely versatile dressing. Use on leafy salads. Excellent with
mayonnaise on potato salad. Use as a marinade for mushrooms, grilled
vegetables and as a basting for chicken or fish. Don’t waste excess dressing,
mop it up with soft ciabatta.
